Multiphase Survey: Now a Single-Phase Reward

In an undocumented change in patch 2.4.2, the Shattered Sun Offensive daily quest, "The Multiphase Survey," obtained from Harbinger Haronem near the Scryer bank in Shattrath, had its rewards changed. (May this is what he’s maniacally laughing about?)
