A few days ago, Big Bear Butt highlighted a blog he had only recently discovered. I chuckled, because I’d known of Chick GM for quite awhile. In fact, I was going to point out this fact to him by linking my article about Auzara in a comment to his post.
At least, I thought I was. You’d think, when I realized I hadn’t actually written such an article, I just might check to be sure I’d at least added Auzara’s outstanding blog to my blogroll. Or, if you know me well enough, you’d think I probably stopped after adding her to my Google Reader.
You’d be right. 
So Auz happened to mention to me today, in passing (we were collaborating on a project to be announced on the Twisted Nether Blogcast this week), that she wasn’t on my blogroll. 
Well, I’m here to rectify that massive oversight right now. Not only is Auzara’s Chick GM now on the blogroll, it debuts as a new 5-Star Blog. Why? Because nowhere else have I found such a cogent, concentrated compendium of excellent information about how to manage a guild, from appointing officers, to interviewing and evaluating applicants, to managing raids, and everything else that goes on in a progressing raid guild.
Even if you’re not a GM or an officer, Auzara can probably shed a lot of light on why you may not have been selected for this week’s initial foray into TK, or why that application you filled out for your server’s #1 raiding guild appears to have been ignored. AND…this chick can sing!
